What this is

A real education.
An unreasonable job?

You will work directly alongside the founders, John Davy and Marisa Peer, across multiple businesses — therapeutic education, personal development, an AI platform, a Dubai expansion, and whatever emerges next. Your job is to make things happen. That's the whole brief.

One day you'll be on a call with a potential investor in Dubai. You'll have had 20 minutes to prepare. You'll be expected to hold the thread.

The next day someone will need a one-page business plan drafted by morning. You'll work out what questions to ask, fill in what you can, and flag what you don't know.

You'll receive a three-minute voice note with a half-formed idea at 9pm. By the next morning, it needs to be something.

You will sit in on calls just observing to start, then brief back exactly what happened, what matters, what comes next.

You'll use AI extensively — not as a gimmick, but as a genuine lever. You'll be expected to know how to use it and keep learning how to use it better.

And sometimes you'll book a car, chase an invoice, find a venue, or send a follow-up email. Because that's what needs doing, and there's no one else.

Every founder has done every job. The ones who build real things never say “that's not what I do.” We need someone who understands that from day one.

What we won't pretend.

This is not a polished corporate role with a clear job description, a structured induction, and regular feedback sessions. Here is what it actually is.

The hours are real

8:00am start at your home office — and sometimes even earlier. Dubai is a 24-hour city and the business runs at pace. If you need strict 9-to-5 structure, this isn't the right fit.

The brief is always changing

What you're doing in month one will look nothing like month three. You will need to figure things out in real time, with incomplete information, and get comfortable being uncomfortable.

There is no ceiling — or floor

The same week you present to a senior partner, you might be the one researching venues, proofreading a deck, or chasing a supplier. No task is beneath this role. None of them.

You will be shaped, not managed

This is not a training programme. You will learn by proximity — by watching how decisions get made and being part of making them. That requires you to be observant, humble, and fast.

The person

We're not looking for experience.
We're looking for wiring.

This is a full-time role for one person. We're looking for someone ready to be in the room every day — not split across other commitments.

—You're MBA-educated or equivalent (equivalent may be coming from pure experience) — you can structure a business problem, write something coherent under pressure, and hold a conversation with a serious person.
—You are based in Dubai or ready to be. This role requires physical presence. You need to be in the room, on the ground, in the culture.
—You have genuine commercial instinct. You know when something sounds like a good deal and when it doesn't. You've pitched, negotiated, or closed something — even informally.
—You are AI-native or close to it. You use these tools daily, not occasionally. You know their limits and push them.
—You are hungry, not entitled. You want the access, the experience, and the learning — not the title. You understand you are here to earn all three.
—You can pick up a half-idea and run with it. You don't need a full brief. You ask the right questions, fill in the gaps, and come back with something real.

Current Initiatives

1.Stage six high-profile events for the Marisa Peer and RTT brand per year, including planning out an evening at the Opera House. You will be responsible for developing the sponsorship packages and selling them, working alongside government to get their support. You will be approaching spas and similar establishments to get representation for the RTT brand.
2.The management, production, and launch of a successful happiness and mental well-being app that will be sold to the general public in Dubai, plus corporate membership.
3.Gain representation for our RTT therapists across the region in high-profile establishments.
4.In the interview, you will be asked: “What are your initiatives that you would bring to the table?”
5.Come prepared with specific, original ideas. We are not looking for generic answers — we want to see how you think.

The salary is competitive. But that's not the point of this role.
